Founded in 2004 by Henry “Chip” Jantz III, JANC Excavation and Construction LLC / J4 Civil Specialists is the culmination of decades of construction industry experience. Chip’s leadership, honed through managing multi-million-dollar projects and overseeing teams of up to 50, drives our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

As a proud family business, JANC is strengthened by the involvement of Chip’s wife, Juanita "Jennie" Jantz, an Owner and Managing Member, and their two sons, Jrue and Nasohn, who contribute their skills and dedication to the company’s operations. The business name "JANC" is a combination of the owners' names and their four children: Jennie, Joeli, Jrue, Aunesty, Nasohn, and Chip.

Together, the Jantz family ensures excellence in every project.
